Karni Mata Temple at Deshnoke near Bikaner is also called the Temple of Rats. The Temple is famous for 20,000 large populations of black rats called kabbas, live and also feed in the temple. The temple is dedicated to Siren Mata Karni, taken into consideration to be an incarnation of Goddess Durga.
